Korean Air celebrated its inaugural Delhi-Incheon direct flight service with a welcome ceremony at Delhi’s Indira Gandhi Airport. Korean Air’s Incheon-Delhi direct service will operate five days a week utilising an Airbus A330- 200 aircraft capable of seating 218. KE482 will depart Delhi at 7:40 pm and land in Incheon at 5:50 am next day which will enable passengers to benefit from Korean Air’s extensive global network. The return flight, KE481 will depart Incheon at 12:45 pm and land in Delhi at 6:20 pm.To mark the launch, Korean Air and Acumen Overseas- GSA for Korean Air (India) recently organised a FAM trip for tour operators, travel agents and corporate to experience the hospitality of Korean Air and to explore the beauty of Seoul, Korea.The fam trip kicked off the inauguration of the DEL-INC flight on December 1, with a lamp lighting ceremony by Korean Air officials, His Excellency Cho Hyun, Korean Ambassador to India and Acumen Overseas top management at the Indira Gandhi International Airport.The itinerary was well planned with visits to the Fishery market, Korea Air Headquarters, Namsan N-Tower, Lotte World Amusement park, Demilitarised Zone (DMZ), Nanta show etc. As Seoul is known as a shopper’s paradise, everyone had plenty of time in the evenings to explore the shopping streets and malls that are open until late at night.
